AloeVera and Constipation - The Amazing Plant Is A Known Remedy For Indigestion

AloeVera and constipation solutions are all natural and inexpensive. There are numerous known Aloe Vera Medicinal uses . Aloe Vera can help provide fibre and bacteria that we need for healthy gut function. It supports nutrients assimilation and aid in the elimination of waste from the body.

Through the stimulation and invigoration of digestive and nervous systems, Aloe Vera also plays an important role in supporting the assimilation of nutrients and the elimination of waste

We all know what happens when our diet lacks fibre. Our bowels become “sluggish” and constipation results. Not only is this recipe for feeling ill, but also, in the long term it can increase the risk of a number of different bowel diseases.

Constipation occurs when bowel movements are difficult to pass. Some people are overly concerned with frequency because they have been taught that a healthy person has a bowel movement everyday. This is a misconception most people pass stools anywhere from three times a day to three times a week. If your stools are soft and pass easily, you are not constipated.

What Causes Constipation?

Constipation may be due to a variety of causes. Lack of fibre and inadequate water in the diet are common causes. Other causes include: travel, lack of exercise, delaying bowel movements, medications, pain due to hemorrhoids and laxative overuse.

Constipation is one of the most common complaints of modern man. The worst part is that constipation is responsible for other conditions like nausea, dizziness, fatigue, gaseousness, cramps, backaches and headaches, which are not directly related to digestion.

Prevention

Constipation can be easily prevented. All you have to do is:

Eat plenty of high-fibre foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

There are Other ways of adding fibre that include:

1. A bowl of bran cereal with 10 gram of bran per serving.

2. Two tablespoons of bran added to cereal or soup.

3. Two tablespoons of psyllium (found in Metamucil and other bulk-forming agents).

4. Avoid foods that are high in fat and sugar.

5. Drink 1½ to 2 quarts of water and other fluids every day. (However, some people find milk constipation).

6. Exercise more. A walking program would be a good start.

7. Go when you feel the urge. Your bowels send signals when there is a need to pass stools. If you ignore the signal, the urge will go away, and the stool will eventually become dry and difficult to pass.

Constipation Home Treatment

1. Set aside relaxed times for bowel movements. Urges usually occur sometimes after meals. Establishing a daily routine, after breakfast, for example, may be helpful.

2. Drink two to four extra glasses of water per day in the morning.

3. Add fruits, vegetable and high-fibre foods (i.e. bran cereal, beans or prunes) to your diet.

5. If necessary, use a stool softener or very mild laxative, such as milk or magnesia. Do not use mineral oil or any other laxative for more than two weeks without consulting your doctor.

For Babies And Children

Constipation in Children is also very common. The listed remedies can give some relief.

1. Make sure you are adding the correct amount of water to the baby’s formula.

2. Give one or two ounces of water before feeding.

3. After age six months, give ½ tea-spoon to 2 ounces ( increase amount slowly over time) of prune juice. At age nine months, add 1½ to 3 table spoons of strained prunes per day.

Adequate hydration and maintenance of correct gut flora (good bacteria in our stomachs) are equally as important to bowel health. Make sure that you drink plenty of pure water and eat diverse range of fibre-rich foods.

Natural Herbal Supplements such as Herbal Digestive Complex that is gentle, yet potent blend of herbs helps support comfortable and optimal function of the digestive tract. Most people find a natural colon clenser to be a boost to their sense of well-being. Most colon cleansers are a combination of dietary fiber and natural laxative products.

AloeVera constipation Recipes:

AloeVera Constipation solutions are readily available to most people. Drinking Aloe Vera Juice regulary will be helpful if you have chronic constipation. This is because, Aloe Vera has antifungal properties that work to stymie candida and keep the digestive tract moving smoothly.

How do you prepare your Aloe Vera Recipe for constipation? All you need to do is to cut an Aloe Vera Leaf, mix the gel directly from the plant with fruit juice. The raw gel is concentrated than most commercial aloe vera juices available on the market, therefore, take only 2 table spoons at a time. Alternatively, you can cut a leaf everyday, wash it and then scrape the green skin off with a knife and just eat the Gel. It immensely relieves constipation and gives you a feeling of tremendous well being.

When you are not taking Aloe Vera, the following simple recipe will be found to stimulate most common conditions of constipation.

1 lb. dried prunes

1 lb. dry figs

1/4 lb. dried apricots

2 quarts of water

3 lemons

2 tablespoons of honey

The fruit should not be cooked. It is never necessary to cook dried fruit and such cooking will destroy much of the food value. Simply soak the prunes, figs and apricots in a solution of water and honey into which the lemons have been squeezed and sliced.

Allow the fruit to steep overnight. The syrup produced by these fruits is delicious and should be drunk frequently through the day. A heaping plate of this natural stimulant each morning will serve to quicken the laggardly pace of your eliminatory system.

Also, increased physical activity is primary in combating severe constipation. Walking, swimming and bowling are three perfect sports in overcoming sluggishness. Calisthenics, with particular emphasis on knee bends and other toe touching exercises, are equally effective. Healing should never be an uncomfortable or annoying process.

Both acute and chronic constipation can only be ended through wise food habits and constant attention to bowel movements. The constipation sufferer cannot hope to attain regularity without providing a program of regularity for his eliminatory system. Once the cleansing and maintenance of a healthy digestive system has begun, you must provide a definite hour of the day for evacuation and you must keep that appointment as regularly as you keep your office hours.

Morning hours, following the two large meals of the preceding day, are best. But morning, noon and night, consistency is demanded. You must not fool your system, for in the end it is yourself who is being tricked.
